Remote Learning Support Coordinator (Entry Level)

Position Summary

Positive Behavior Steps is seeking an organized, dependable, and supportive Remote Learning Support Coordinator to assist with virtual learning activities and administrative coordination. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in supporting learners, families, and internal teams in a remote environment.

Location: United States (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general support to learners and families through email, chat, and other approved communication channels.

• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up for virtual learning activities.

• Maintain accurate learner records and update information in company systems.

• Help coordinate learning materials, resources, and online sessions.

• Respond to routine questions and direct more complex concerns to the appropriate team member.

• Monitor assigned tasks and follow up to help ensure timely completion.

• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.

• Communicate professionally with learners, families, and colleagues.

• Follow company policies regarding confidentiality and information handling.

• Assist with other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous administrative, customer service, education-support, or office experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using email, video-conferencing platforms, spreadsheets, and other computer applications.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.

• Dependable, patient, professional, and willing to learn.
